I.Create Salary Advance Ledger

Go to GatewayofTally >PayrollInfo.>Pay Heads>Create
1. TypeStaffSalaryAdvanceintheNamefield
2.SelectLoansandAdvances inthePayHeadTypefield
3.SpecifythegroupasLoansandAdvances(Asset)intheUnderfieldandpressEnter
4.SetAffectNetSalary toYes
5.TypeStaffSalaryAdvanceinNametoAppearinSalarySlipfield
6.SelectUserDefinedValueintheCalculation Typefield
