Senior Manager - Application Support
Easwer has about 11 years of IT experience with expertise on SAP Application Maintenance Services
(AMS) Pre-sales (solutioning) & Delivery. He is also well conversant with Service Introduction and Service
Transition.
He is currently responsible for Implementing Managed Services Framework for all the accounts across
Wipro under the ServiceNXT framework. ServiceNXT framework includes best practices in delivery of AM
projects, ITIL processes and Automation.

pricing models in context of annuity based services; hands-on experience in developing commercial
models such as ticket based pricing, fixed fee pricing and T&M rate cards.
Easwer is Wipro's Project Manager Academy Certified, ITIL V3 and SAP Sales Certified IT Service
Manager with domain knowledge in the Supply Chain processes, his focus is on Application Maintenance
and Support (AMS), Solutioning and Service Introduction/Transition and has a considerable grasp on
trends evolving in enterprise AM space.
