Job Summary / Job Purpose

To be recruited into the role of a Business Analyst for the Banks Factoring product implementation.
After the implementation the candidate will have to support the Factoring Business Application, and
will also be expected to contribute in other Change the Bank activities (Projects and Change Requests)

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks

During Factoring Product Implementation

Assess the factoring requirements of Business, evaluate the products considered for
implementation, product definition, prepare the functional specification and provide support in
aligning the processes to create the integrated solution of the factoring product and the existing
core banking and allied systems.
Definition of processes relating to the factoring/ discounting business
Be the functional expert on the Factoring Business and he or she will be the sole point of
contact between the Business unit, IT service division of the Bank and vendors.
Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) with proper documentation as per the Banks
requirements
Reporting requirements related to Factoring
Definition of procedure manuals

Post Factoring Product Implementation

Support / maintain and manage the factoring system post implementation


Manage and execute projects and change requests for Factoring, Trade Finance
For other projects, would need to assist the Project Manager or drive the below tasks:
1. Prepare Project Plan, decide on schedule
2. Define RACI for each project and identify risks involved
3. Ensure Project Management standards defined are adhered to
4. Ensure timely execution of Projects as per timelines agreed with Bank Management
5. Ensure alignment of all stakeholders to Project objectives
6. Prepare and animate all relevant project committees with SG India and SG Group head
quarter stakeholders (steering, operational, stream committees.)
7. Bring in Innovation to drive down costs, mitigate risks and achieve customer delight
8. Documentation of all aspects of Projects being executed
9. Prepare and circulate necessary reports to Management

10. Plan, organize and manage NPCs for new Product launches
11. Participate in conducting the Normative Bank audit for the Bank

8+ years of Experience in Banking / BFSI. Exposure to Project
Management
