INTRODUCTION
This Document is drawn to present to our current clients, future clients and partners the
formation, services, products and Operations of Collins Consulting International an
Outsourcing Consultancy firm.
Collins Consulting International was formed and started its operations in 2007, and is
registered under cap 486 of the Kenyan laws as a consultancy firm serving the Business
Process Outsourcing and Call and Contact Centre Industry.
CCI provides services to the Outsourcing industry in Kenya and the East African
region. We aim to foster the growth of the Outsourcing Industry by working with
Outsourcing service Providers, Buyers and other Industry stakeholders.
We create and maintain partnerships across the globe in an effort to diversify our
services and to meet the varied, ever changing needs of our clients across the board. We
have created several partnerships focused on providing an end to end turnkey solution.
We offer cutting edge services while minimizing costs in order to build lasting
relationships based on trust and quality service delivery.
