INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, the availability for the commercial power is not sufficient for its
demand. Thats why we are experiencing power failures. There are many causes of power
failures in an electricity network. Examples of these causes include faults at power
stations, damage to electric transmission lines, substations or other parts of
the distribution system, a short circuit, or the overloading of electricity mains.
Power failures are particularly critical at sites where the environment and public
safety are at risk. Institutions such as hospitals, sewage treatment plants, mines, and the
like will usually have backup power sources such as standby generators, which will
automatically start up when electrical power is lost. Other critical systems, such
as telecommunication, are also required to have emergency power. The battery room of a
telephone exchange usually has arrays of leadacid batteries for backup and also a socket
for connecting a generator during extended periods of outage.
From 1900 to 2005, the world population has increased four times itself:
According to Worldometers.com there are now 6.445 billion people on the planet. By
2012, there will be 7 billion; by 2025, 7.9 billion. This figure will grow to 8.27 billion by
2030. As these numbers demonstrate, population growth rate has peakedthe worlds
population may have grown 12.6% from 1990 to 2000, but this rate will only be 2.6% in
the coming decades.( http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/)
Energy use does supplement population growth to a certain extent: more people
means more energy. From 2005 to 2030, the human population will grow by 1.28 times.
In contrast, energy demands over the same time period are projected to grow at a much
faster accelerated pace of 1.9 times. Part of the increase in demand will be due to
increases in the human population: energy fuels modern society, grows economies,
spawns new economies, and gives individuals upward mobility.

Proposed renewable power generator projects are always essential on the expected
population growth. Planners and Designers formulate such solutions to modify the
existing machines to become able to accommodate the increasing demand when comes to
electrical power supply.
The project will not only access people to affordable electrical power but also
contributes to protect the environment as it generates power through the solar, wind, and
hydroelectricity. It also introduces an option for people living and working in the city,
and especially in the remote areas who happen to be the main beneficiaries of this project.

The high cost means that plants must operate for a long time to become profitable.
The creation of dams can also create flooding of land, which means natural environment
and the natural habitat of animals, and even people, may be destroyed.
