1. I Aditya Vikram Singh Declare that I am director of Saral Visa Consultant
an all power are wast on me.
2. The work of Saral Visa Consultant Company is to providing job in abroad
mainly manpower.
3. The First who is applying for the job in aboard through the second party and
first party is paying initial amount Rs. 25,000/- to Second party (Saral Visa
Consultant )after getting Visa and Offer letter from the employer the second
installment of 25000/- will pay by Vimal Singh to Saral Visa Consultant and
rest 50,000/- will deduct from Vimal Singh Salary in Malaysia.

4. I (Vimal Singh) am signing this document with the consent of all the conditions
written below and accepting WORK PERMIT visa process today (15/11/2014 )
by you (Aditya Vikram Singh) SARAL VISA CONSULTANT above
mentioned address.
5. That the Vimal Singh wants to work in Malaysia and he dout know the process
and formalities to get the work permit Visa
6. That the second party having experience for processing Malaysia work Permit
Visa. So the 1st party giving amount by Check No. (055061 dated:- 17-11-2014
drown on AXIS BANK LIMITED Fatehpur Branch, Fatehpur) Rs. 25000/along with application to process for work Permit Visa (infavour of 1 st party to
second party)
7. I (Vimal Singh) have been informed clearly by you (Aditya Vikram Singh)
that the presentation of the Malaysia WORK PERMIT visa documents in the
proper way will be done by you (Aditya Vikram Singh).
8. The initial application processing charges for Malaysia WORK PERMIT visa
Rs.25000/ (twenty five thousand only) are given to you (Aditya Vikram Singh)
by me (Vimal Singh) ..
9. I (Vimal Singh) know that medical cost will be borne by me.
10.I (Vimal Singh) will PAY you (the second party) the total amount of Rs
1,00,000/ (One Lakh Only) for Malaysia Work Permit visa If for any reason, I
fail to get Malaysia WORK PERMIT visa, then you (Aditya Vikram Singh)
will be liable to refund me (Vimal Singh) the total amount I have given to you.
11.I (Vimal Singh) know that I will get salary minimum salary of 50-60k INR per
month approximately after deduction of taxes. Accommodation and on job food
will be provided by the employer.
12.I (Vimal Singh) know that if withdraw my Malaysia WORK PERMIT process
in middle or even after starting the process, I (Vimal Singh) will get refund
in45working days by you (Aditya Vikram Singh) after filling the refund

request form. I (Vimal Singh) WILL HAVE TO PAY Rs.1,00,000/- THAT IS

VISA PROCESSING FEES).
13.I (Vimal Singh) know that if I get Malaysia WORK PERMIT and face
problems in the job, you (Aditya Vikram Singh) will arrange another job
interviews for me within 30 days time after telephonic or written information
without extra cost .
14.I (Vimal Singh) know that if I do not get Malaysia WORK PERMIT VISA, the
whole amount will be given back to me (Vimal Singh) by you (Aditya Vikram
Singh). I (Vimal Singh) know that due to any reason if you (Aditya Vikram
Singh) are unable to complete the process, may be in case of non-verifiable of
my (Vimal Singh) education documents and experience documents, delay in
process or non-clearance of interview by me (Vimal Singh), in all the
circumstances or any other unavoidable circumstances, unable to arrange
employment interviews in all the cases you (Aditya Vikram Singh) will
provide 100% refund of Rs. 25000/ (twenty five thousand only)- in 45working
days and will not be responsible for any other claims or losses.
15.I (Vimal Singh) know that Working days are days on which SARAL
VISACONSULTANT is open for business and exclude weekends like Sundays
and public holidays. The refund policy is 45 working days, excluding Sunday
and holidays and from the day I (Vimal Singh) fill the refund request form and
sent it back to you (Aditya Vikram Singh), then in 45 working days entire
amount will be refunded to me.
16.We both the parties accept all above-mentioned conditions in our complete
consciousness, with our intelligence and cleverness. And it will be accepted by
all of our guardians and well-wishers.

Even though by any reason if there are any disputes between both the parties- the first
party ( the party, who writes client) and the second party ( the party, who takes in
written consultant ), will not argue or quarrel, but follow the legal process of any
Jurisdiction Court. And it is accepted by both the parties - the first party (the party,
who takes it in written client) and the second party (the party, who writes it
consultant).
