-Reviewed and updated all I-9 Immigration Forms to be incompliance with a U.S.
Immigration Service audit.

approximately 100 employees. Responsibilities included payroll processing through ADP,
employee relations, employee medical benefits, processing of various insurance claims,
recruitment and terminations.

-Formulated an Affirmative Action Plan to comply with a U.S. Department of Labor


audit.

-Provided an alternative medical insurance choice to employees during open enrollment.


85% of the employees took advantage of the option offered, which resulted in dollar
savings to the company and employees.

that included salary administration, employee relations, recruitment and terminations and
employee medical benefits.

-Established job descriptions for all positions and production standards for plant
positions that resulted in defined hiring standards and rating standards for performance
evaluations.

-Developed and administered a safety program which brought the company into
compliance with government regulations. Initiated routine safety inspections, meetings,
and training which promoted safety practices, reduced injuries, and helped stabilize the
worker's compensation rate.

-Recommended and directed installation of the Atlas "Card Swipe" building access and
timekeeping system. This system reduced timekeeping labor hours, improved accuracy,
provided better documentation, and also improved security that reduced thefts and
prevented unauthorized access to the buildings.

-Recommended and implemented the transfer of payroll to an outside payroll service that
resulted in reduced labor hours, improved accuracy, and provided more detailed
documentation.

-Administered uniform interpretation of benefits, rules, and regulations stated in the


company handbook. This procedure prevented claims of discrimination and prevented
unwanted precedence being set.
