By coordinating the automation of the
NOD Watch Bill, facilitated 100% nursing coverage during weekends, and holidays, and at times in
support of hospital contingency operations. Demonstrated successful competency in handling various
administrative tasks for the Department of Nursing. Utilized the computer and automation knowledge
to assist in several projects such as the Process Improvement initiative for the Patient Escort
Service and competency training audits for the Nursing Administration Department personnel over 50,
and over 200 contract nurses. Input 80% of the 38,000 hours of patient escort activities for 2012
which assisted on identification of the correct number of personnel needed to run this critical patient
transport mission. The assistance with the competency training audit markedly improved the
department's compliance rate from 32% to 82%. As an avid team player, assisted department
