Investment Grade rating - Baa3 long-term & Prime3 short-term from Moody's. ICRA (an affiliate of
Moody's Rating Service) & CARE upgraded ratings
for Lower Tier II bonds programme of YES BANK to
'ICRA AA+' and 'CARE AA+', respectively. ICRA
and CARE also upgraded the Upper Tier II bond

issue rating to 'ICRA AA' and 'CARE AA',


respectively. ICRA has reaffirmed YES BANK's A1+
rating for its on-going INR 100 bn Certificate of
Deposit programme and its short-term Fixed
Deposit programme, indicating the highest level of
safety in the short-term.

Key Financials
of private placement at a price of R 120 and R 225 per
share respectively. The Bank completed its maiden
QIP in Jan 2010 of R 1,034 cr at a price of R 270 per
share. The Bank successfully raised USD 500 mn
(R 2,942 cr) in June 2014 through QIP at a price of
R 550 per share.

YES BANK has recently announced the Q2FY15


Financial Results. Net Profit grew by 30.0% y-o-y to
R 482.5 cr in Q2FY15, Net Interest Income up 27.4% to
R 856.4 cr, Non Interest Income of R 505.6 cr, Net
Interest Margin expanded to 3.2%, Advances up
30.0% to R 62,029.6 cr and Deposits up 18.6% to
R 80,130.9 cr as of Sept 30, 2014.

YES BANK continues to focus on diversity and


granularity with continued investment in branches
and employees reflected in CASA ratio improvement
to 22.5% as on Sept 30, 2014 from 11.0% as on Sept 30,
2011.

The Bank completed its maiden IPO of 70 mn shares


in July 2005 Raising R 315 cr of capital at a price of
R 45 per share. The Bank has also raised equity capital
of R 120 cr in Dec 2006 and R 330 cr in Dec 2007 by way

Since its early days, YES BANK has fully complied


with the recommendations of the Ganguly
Committee, and the provisions of the Banking
Regulations Act, the Companies Act, 2013 and the
Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, in the formation
of its Board of Directors and other governance
requirements.
The Board of Directors also extensively engages with
the top and senior management leaders of the Bank
during various committee meetings of the Board.
