Confirmation of Quota Places

By August 31, 2014, the Continental Federation (CF) will confirm to NOCs the places they have qualified.
By January 31, 2015, the NOCs will confirm with the CF the places they will use.

Reallocation of Unused Quota Places

If an NOC does not enter an event for which it has qualified through the qualification system, the CF will
offer that place to the next-ranked NOC in that event.
