REVISED REPLY of ARLENE LOWERY TO THE PROPOSAL by the

ATTORNEY GENERAL, SASKATCHEWAN GOVERNMENT dated, APRIL 26 , 2011

I, Arlene Lowery or anyone acting on my behalf, hereby agrees to not bring or be responsible for the
bringing of any further actions based on the matters covered in the action now struck, namely SCC Court
File No. 33944 (Lowery vs. Attorney General, Saskatchewan Government et al), or a similar kind to the
action that I have brought previously herein, whether in whole or in part, and would agree to not take
further steps regarding recovering damages that I and my husband and the four grandchildren named as
infant plaintiff children (proposed) to this action have suffered, both prior to this action being undertaken
and including the damages suffered during the course of this legal action, if the Attorney General of the
Saskatchewan Government and the Attorney General of the Government of Canada agree to the
following:
Part A. Pay monies to the recipients' designated lawyer as follows:
1. Arlene Lowery -------------------------------------------- $3.000,000.00
2. Chuck Lowery--------------------------------------------- $2,000,000.00
3. Charlene Dobson-------------------------------------------$3,000,000.00
4. Jonathan Dobson-------------------------------------------$2,000,000.00
5. Leslie---------------------------------------------------------$1,000,000.00
6. Lyle-----------------------------------------------------------$1,000,000.00
Total:-----------$12,000,000.00

Part B. Restitution to be made by both Attorney Generals of the Government of

Canada and the Saskatchewan Government to those they influenced and/or
coerced to participate in their conspiracy as described on the face of this website and
website: http://www.voicesofthebruised-reeds.com.
These parties are:
1. All Defendants on lawsuits QBG. 1005 (2002) and QBG. 1306 (2005) need to
receive a formal written apology.
2. The Aboriginal Healing Foundation: is to be re-instated with a formal apology.
Funding for their organization to administer healing programs to continue for at
least 260 years to address the all encompassing legacy of the exploitation of the
Aboriginal peoples, using the marker of 1754 A.D. as a start date in Canada's
history. during this time they are to receive uninterrupted funding of
$30,000,000.00 per year. A minimum of $12,000,000.00 of this sum is to be
designated for Charlene Dobson's vision for THE ARK implementing the
program: Healing the Nation-One Family At A Time as noted on her website:
http://voicesofthebruised-reeds.com.
A Business Plan is to be presented to the AHF and will be overseen by a
non-profit Christian ministry in Regina, Saskatchewan of Arlene
Lowery's choosing, who in turn will form a steering committee whereby
a majority of Aboriginal and First Nations peoples will be represented.
3. Annual fiscal responsibility will be transparent..
Part C. Never again will these two governments interfere with the operations of
Aboriginal /First Nations' organizations but assist them and to reconcile any
differences. Further they are never to undermine the rights of anyone regardless of
race, creed, color or religious orientation as what was created between the AHF and
Arlene Lowery and Chuck Lowery-we are all Treaty people-are we not?
