minimums enterprise-wide for all categories, and maintained minimum on-hand quantities for all items in U.S. stores.
Worked with online team and both merchants to get over 2,000 items setup on homedepot.com. Created separate new
product items for online team, delivered pick and pull process at distribution center specifically for online sales and
developed marketing campaign to raise product awareness.
Accomplishments:
Grew Amerock business to $100M in retail sales, named supplier of the year for EXPO Design Center Division
