Participated in executive rotation program to learn store manager, district manager and merchant roles due to success
from regional manager position. Received selection for monthly executive council (MEC) program, designed for
directors to gain exposure with executive leadership team (ELT). Make presentations to ELT on market competitors
and determine impacts on current and future business.
Accomplishments:
Presented and gained adoption of pre-Black Friday promotion for all qualifying customers.
Regional Execution of Sales Merchandising (10/2010 03/2014)
Managed 22 direct reports with over 100 supervisors and 1,200 associates in merchandise execution team (MET),
responsible for merchandising and setting new products, maintaining current merchandise and managing seasonal set
execution in almost 100 stores.
Accomplishments:
Drove initiatives to streamline process and increase productivity by more than 30% year on year for two years.
Assisted four other regions to increase entire divisions productivity by 20% for two years.
Saved $500K in OSHA safety claims and reduced safety related incidents by 40% year on year for three straight
years for assigned team by working with corporate to increase safety awareness.

homes within first year of business. Delivered vacancy rate of less than 4% as result of tenant acquisition
process, and reliable rehabilitation sub-contractors.
