Managed a team of 15 Operational Specialists, who processed activity for High Net Worth clients (Owning
$100,000.00 plus in net assets) ensuring that sound operation procedures, loss prevention and overall profitability
were being followed. Enforced the compliance of Morgan Stanleys rules and regulations.
Instrumental in the largest conversion of assets, with the conversion of CITI Smith Barney to Morgan
Stanley. Converted 7.5 Million positions and over $400 Billion in client assets.
