I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime
State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

I ,Deputy Cudaback, received a call from Ida County Sheriff's Office stating Dorothy Yorgensen was in the ER at Horn Memorial Hospital. Deputy Stehr
advised that she had sustained injuries after a home invasion during the early hours on January 19, 2015. I met with Dorothy

and her husband, Dennis at their residence at 536 West 2nd Street, Odebolt, IA. Both Dennis and Dorothy stated on January 19 at approximately
2:00AM when Dorothy heard a knock on the door she opened the door and 3 male subjects wearing masks and dark colored hoodies attacked her and
shoved her into the kitchen. Dorothy was struck in the face multiple times by one of the intruders causing lacerations to her nose, her lip and above her
right eye. Dorothy stated she was shoved and kicked on the floor. Dorothy has a broken foot and her forearm is broke in two places. As Dorothy was
slammed into the stove she became unconscious and fell into a pile of her own blood. Dennis then came into the living room where he was met by one
of the intruders. Dennis stated that during an altercation between himself and the intruder he grabbed the mask of the intruder and pulled it off at which
time he recognized to be Jordan Brunning. Dennis has known Brunning for approximately 8 months and Brunning has hung out at Yorgensen's
residence.
