MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 02-2014

AMENDING SECTION 14 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO . 017-2011, THEREBY
CHANGING THE COMPOSITION OF THE GUINOBATAN SHELTER SECRETARIAT
FROM THE LEGAL OFFICER AS CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND
FROM LEGAL OFFICER ASSISTANT AS COORDINATOR/FACILATATOR TO
REGULAR EMPLOYEE CHOSEN BY THE GSS CHAIRMAN.

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in session

assembled, that:
Section 1. Amendatory Provision. Section 14 of Municipal Ordinance No. 017-2011
otherwise known as the Guinobatan Shelter Ordinance of 2011 or GSO is hereby amended to
read as follows:
SECTION 14.

CREATION OF GUINOBATAN SHELTER SECRETARIAT

(GSS). To facilitate the disposition of the lots to the employees, a
secretariat to be known as the Guinobatan Shelter Secretariat (GSS) is
hereby created under the Office of the Mayor to be composed of the
following:

Regular Employee Chosen or
Designated by the GSS Chairman

Section 2. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
Enacted: April 28, 2013 on Third and Final Reading.
