BE ON THE LOOKOUT VEHICLE PROWL INVESTIGATION


Pierce County Sheriffs detectives are asking law enforcement to be on the lookout
for several SWAT and SIU items stolen during a car prowl at a deputys residence
(PCSD case #14-301-0271).
Sometime between 4:00 p.m. on Monday October
27th and 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday October 28th, 2014,
a Pierce County Sheriffs deputys unmarked vehicle
was prowled by unidentified suspect(s) while parked
in the deputys driveway in the Windsor Crossing
neighborhood in South Hill. There were no signs of
forced entry to the vehicle and no firearms or
ammunition were stolen.
Several law enforcement items were stolen from the
deputys vehicle, including:

blue Voyager fleet gas card
black Verizon cell phone
camouflage print Voodoo tactical backpack
Leupold binoculars
PVS 22 night vision rifle scope
PVS4 head-mounted night vision goggles
night vision helmet mount
511 tactical rain coat
smoke grenade
