Text should be divided into the following sections: Introduction, Materials
and Methods, Results, and Discussion. Long articles may need subheadings within some section to clarify their content. Articles such as case
reports, reviews, and editorials are likely to need other formats.
References
Number references consecutively in the order in which they are first
mentioned in the text. Identify references by Arabic numerals. The titles of
journals should be abbreviated according to the style used in Index
Medicus. Manuscipts accepted but not yet published may be included in
the references; designate the journal followed by in ?press" (in
parenthesis). Information from manuscipts not yet accepted for publication
should be cited in the text as "unpublished observations" (in parenthesis).
Examples of forms of references:

List all authors when six or less: when seven or more, list only first three
and add et al. e.g., Tjia TL, Yeow YK, Tan CB. Cryptococcal meningitis. J

Tables
Type each table, double-spaced, on a separate sheet. Do not submit tables
as photographs. Number tables consecutively in the order of their first
citation in the text and supply a brief title for each. Place explanatory matter
in footnotes. Explain in footnotes all non-standard abbreviations used.
