Day 1 : Arrival Bali
Welcome at NGURAH RAI AIRPORT Bali. Go to the hotel to check in and
then have dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2 : First day tour
After breakfast at the hotel, we will start our tour by visiting BATU
BULAN to watch the famous of Barong and Keris Dance. Then, we will
go to CELUK VILLAGE, the center of gold and silver works and UBUD
VILLAGE, the village of Balinese traditional paintings. After that, we will

Monkey forest, MENGWI, the Royal Templ;e of Bali and BEDUGUL, the
mountain resort with the magnificent view of Lake Beratan. Late
afternoon we will proceed to TANAH LOT, a unique temple that is
located on a large off-shore rock to see the most beautiful panoramic
view of sunset.

Is Smoking Good for Us?
Before we are going to smoke, it is better to look at the

Watch your Kids While Watching TV


Television becomes one of the most important devices which takes place in almost
houses. It can unite all members of the family as well as separate them. However, is it
important to know what your kids are watching? The answer is, of course, absolutely "Yes"
and that should be done by all parents. Television can expose things you have tried to protect
the children from, especially violence, pornography, consumerism and so on.
Recently, a study demonstrated that spending too much time on watching TV during the
day or at bedtime often cause bed-time disruption, stress, and short sleep duration.
