MS. ANALEE S. ALVERASTINE
I, ANALEE S. ALVERASTINE, legal age residing at Barangay Lipata,
Surigao City, after having been sworn to in accordance with the law do
hereby depose and state:
That Atty. DAISY LABASTIDA is the counsel who conducted and
supervised my examination as a witness at her office at Surigao City,
Surigao del Norte;
That I am answering the questions herein fully conscious that I do so under
oath and that I may be criminally liable for false testimony or perjury;
The following Questions propounded by Atty. Daisy Labastida and my
answers in Bisaya dialect and the corresponding translation is provided after
each question.

Please state your personal circumstances.

Ako si ANALEE S. ALVERASTINE, Filipino, naa sa legal na edad,
single, katabang nila Mr. Valeriano E. Sison, nakapuyo sa Barangay
Lipata, Surigao City.
(I am ANALEE S. ALVERASTINE, Filipino, of legal age, single,
helper of Mr. Valeriano E. Sison, residing in Barangay Lipata,
Surigao City.)

Can you state for the record why you are executing this Judicial
Affidavit?
I am executing this Judicial Affidavit to disprove the allegations in the
Information relative to the criminal case of Grave Threats filed against

before RTC Branch 31, Surigao City, and docketed therein as
Criminal Case No. 1234

Can you tell us why you personally know Mr. Sison?

Nagtrabaho man ko sa ila. Siya ako Amo ako ila masugo sugod tong
2013 pa.
(I am working for them. He is my boss and I am their helper since
2013.)

Q6:

Where were you on January 3, 2015 at about 3:00 oclock in the

afternoon?
A: Naa ko sa balay nila Sir Sison. Nanlimpyo sa ila hardin.
(I was in the house of Mr. Sison. I was cleaning their garden.)

What transpired during that time?

Naay duha ka tawo gapangita si Sir, tagpasulod nako. Pagsulod nila sa
balay, nasuko ug gisyagitan si Sir. Nag-away sila tong tagpahawa sila
ni Sir. Ang bodyguard sa laki kay murag mubonot na unta ng pusil na
naa sa iya hawak.
(There were two men who were looking for Sir, I let them inside the
house. When they went inside, one of them started getting angry and
was shouting at Sir. They had a heated argument when Sir asked them
to leave. The bodyguard acted as if he was about to drew a gun from
his waist.)

What happened next?

Nangahadlok mi tanan. Tagkuha ni Sir Val ang bolo na ako kupot ug
tagpalayas ang duha ka laki.
(We were all scared. Sir Val took the bolo that I was holding and
drove the two men out of the house.)

Q9:
Do you know the two men who went inside the house?
A: Wala ko kaila nila pero kahinumdom ko sa ila nawong.
(I do not know them but I recognize their faces.)

two men who entered the house of Mr. Sison?

(Yes Maam, he was the one angry and was shouting at Sir.)
Q11: Showing you the photo of Mr. Leonil Silvosa, is he one of the two
men who entered the house of Mr. Sison?
A:
Oo Maam, siya tong kuyog ni Mr. Salvador na nay dala nga pusil sa
hawak.
(Yes Maam, he was the one who accompanied Mr. Salvador and was
carrying a gun on his waist.)

A: Wala na Maam.
