Operational Objectives
1. Increase gradually my TEAM sales from $10K to $30K/month
2. Open up minimum of 10 new major accounts every trimester, each with revenue
potential of $50K each annually.
3. Increase number of personal active accounts from 30 in the end of Q2 to 70 finally
of 2015, aspiring to 125 in 2016
Strategies
1. Lead my team to sell at multiple levels in my top 10 target accounts
2. Cross sell our full range of product offerings through inviting 300 prospect/month to
become 30 % current customers
Track and monitor prospects and client using CRM system
Actions
1. Schedule 100 visits / per month with new top prospects and transform to existing
customers
2. Meet with minimum of 20 high potential existing customers / month with my team.
3. Average 20 executive prospect meetings / week
4. Complete new prospect / account analysis monthly.
5. Develop new sales presentation including revised sales value proposals twice a
month.
6. Develop account plans for top 10 targets accounts. Keep updated for monthly
management reviews.
7. Begin bi-monthly direct mail to stay in touch with top 30 existing top customers/KA
8. Add and train 2 new sales / marketing representative no later than end of Q2
