1.

Overview

This document provides a simple and fast process for recovering the accessmgr pwd,
which can be time consuming if one is doing a PoC and has to go through a PMR
process. This process requires cli user to be working fine.

2.

Unlock the accessmgr user

Note: This step may only be required if currently you have accessmgr user locked (after
3 failed attempts by default). If not, proceed to next step.
1. Log into cli and perform unlock accessmgr

2. The user accessmgr should be good now, but the password is still the same.

3.

Reset the password


1. Login into cli account and type: support reset-password accessmg 12345678
A new password will be generated. Now it is time to restart the GUI:
2. Type restart gui
3. The new password will be s5UMKUrOpcS4

4.

Log in and change the password

1. Wait for the gui to restart and login as accessmgr/s5UMKUrOpcS4

2. Click in edit for changing the password

3. Type and confirm the new password and click Update User.
