Mr. Alla Ayodhya Rami Reddy, the founder Chairman of the Ramky Group of Companies, since
its inception in 1994. He is born in an agrarian middle class family to Sri. A. Dasaradha Rami
Reddy & Smt. A. Veeraraghavamma from Pedakakani, Guntur District. Andhra Pradesh.
Mr. Ayodhya married to Smt. A. Dakshayani and blessed with two sons Mr. A. Sharan Reddy & A.
Ishaan Reddy.
Mr. A. Ayodhya Rami Reddy holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from Osmania University with
more than 24 years of experience in the environmental engineering, civil and infrastructure
works, bio-medical waste and hazardous waste management. He has held senior positions at
Gannon Dunkerley and Reliance Industries Ltd. As Chairman, Mr. Reddy contributes to the
strategy and direction of the Ramky Group, in its endeavour to become a prominent waste
management and infrastructure group providing high quality solutions to clients. His
entrepreneurial journey with a focus on sustainability, employment generation and
development of the nation.

MR R S PRASAD RAO DIRECTOR ( CTRLS)

Mr R. S. Prasad Rao has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and in

building IT infrastructure in process industries. Before joining CtrlS, Mr. Prasad
was the Country Services Head for Fujitsu ICIM and the COO and director of Accel
ICIM. Mr. Prasad has been instrumental in negotiating numerous international
contracts and alliance partnerships for CtrlS. He aims to make CtrlS the number
one datacenter provider in the Asia-Pacific region.

MR SAJJAN MALLIK FOUNDER & MANGING DIRECTOR ( VOXVALLEY)

Mr. Mallik started his career as an engineer but his passion towards VoIP technology and
his growing interest to learn more about it drove him to start a VoIP provider based
business initially.He successfully acquired wholesale interconnects with TELCOs,
MVNOs, MVNEs and VoIP Providers all across.
Intense research and learning over the market demand of VoIP and its business methods
gave Mr. Mallik a vision, a concept of building a "VoIP Based Application and Solution"
company. That vision lead to the birth of "VOXVALLEY". The name came together with
a simple yet profound meaning, first we have "Vox" which stands for "Voice Operated

MR JAYDEV GALLA- MANAGING DIRECTOR ( AMARARAJA )

Jayadev was born in Diguvamagham, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh to Ramachandra Naidu
Galla and Aruna Kumari Galla. His father is an industrialist who founded the Amara Raja
Group. His mother Aruna Kumari Galla is a MLA from Chandragiri consistuency and also a
minister in the Andhra Pradesh state government. His grandfather Paturi Rajagopala
Naidu was a former Indian parliamentarian. Along with his parents, Jayadev moved to USA,
where he lived for around 22 years.[] He studied politics and economics at the University of
Illinois at UrbanaChampaign.
After his graduation, Jayadev worked as an international sales executive at GNB Battery
Technologies in USA. On his return from the United States in 1992, he took up the task of
setting up the sales and service network for the industrial battery division of Amara Raja.In
1992 along with his father Ramachandra Naidu Galla started looking at automotive batteries
as viable business and tied up with Johnson Controls the US based giant and gave then
26% stake in their company Amara Raja to start Amara Raja Batteries Limited (ARBL). ARBL
is one of the leading manufacturer of Advanced Lead Acid batteries in India. He took over as
the Managing Director of Amara Raja Batteries in 2003 from his father. Of late he has been
trying to get into the steps of his mother by entering into politics.He contested 16th Lok
Sabha electionfrom the Guntur Constituency in Andhra Pradesh and won with a big margin.

MR RAJIV DEBBAD EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ( MAGNAQUEST )

Rajiv Debbad has been with Magnaquest ever since the inception of the company. He is
instrumental in forging several key global partnerships and is credited for clinching major
accounts of strategic importance. He handled Business Development, Sales and Marketing,
besides taking a keen interest in Project Management and Strategic Account Management.
He is currently looking after Global Sales. He is recognized in the industry circles for deep
relationship building skills and domain understanding.

He is widely traveled and instrumental in company's customer acquisition across 25 countries. He

has a masters in Business Administration from the Osmania University and an SMP from IIM
Kolkatta.
