WHO WE ARE
Our bakery offers a range of handmade, organic and gluten-free products. Organic, gluten-free and yet...
full of taste! It is indeed the constant search of new flavors that guides us while we bake our products. Our
workshop is located in Brussels, at the crossing of the canal and the Senne river, where we create little
indulgences following the long tradition of Belgian cookies baking.
Generous was born from a passion for generous flavors... For us, the taste is all. Therefore, we take special
care at every stage of the creation of our cookies and pastries from the moment we create them to their
arrival in your home. Everything is made to delight you. The gluten is therefore no more an obstacle but an
inspiration in our search for new recipes.

OUR INGREDIENTS
Each biscuit is the product of our sustained desire to offer the best biscuits from creamery butter, fresh eggs,
flour and selected sugars. We use carefully picked organic ingredients chosen for their high level of quality.
Our suppliers share our beliefs and our passion for good products. These are mainly craftmen of our region
engaged in organic agriculture. Preserving our heritage, upholding traditional skills and supporting our
local communities are of fundamental importance to us.

Ingredients : butter, buckwheat flour, cane sugar, potato starch, tapioca flour, natural
lemon flavor (0.05%), salt. Thickening agent: xanthan gum.

Speculoos with buckweat flour
Ingredients : buckwheat flour (44%), cane sugar, butter, potato starch, eggs, milk, spices.
Raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate.

Chocolate cookies with Belgian chocolate chips, hazelnuts and fleur de sel
Ingredients : butter, cane sugar, buckwheat flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, chocolate
(16%), hazelnuts (10%), cocoa powder, fleur de sel (0,6%), vanilla. Thickening agent: xanthan gum. Raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.
