PURPOSE:
The purpose of this work instruction is to describe the calibration of Absolute Pressure Transmitter
which is done to ensure accurate measurement of Absolute Pressure and generation of electronic
signal proportional to Absolute pressure

Preparations
3.2.1 Obtain permit to work and put the loop on Manual Control in CCR.
3.2.2 Isolate and depressurize the transmitter then remove it from line.
3.2.3 Arrange 24Volt DC supply, communicator & multimeter

Calibration
3.3.1 Make connections as shown in diagram.
3.3.2 Enter zero adjustment modes, enter zero value & set 4mA.
3.3.3 Save the zero calibration and escape mode.
3.3.4 Enter re-arrange mode and feed the required Lower Range Value (LRV)
and Upper Range Value (URV).
3.3.5 Save data and escape mode.
3.3.6 Enter mA calibration mode and set out put at 4mA for corresponding
LRV.

3.3.8 Enter different pressure readings & check corresponding mA out put.
