General:

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

Contract forms, codes, Specifications, standards, manuals, and installation, application and
maintenance instructions referred to in the Specifications, unless otherwise specified and
unless otherwise stated in the governing building code, shall be the latest published
editions at the date of the Contractor's Tender submission .

Conform to Contract forms, codes, Specifications, standards, manuals, and installation,

application and maintenance instructions referred to in the Specifications, in whole or in
part, as specifically stated in the Specifications .

.3

In case of conflict between individual requirements, comply with the most demanding and
stringent requirement.

If there is a question regarding whether any Product or system is in conformance with

applicable requirements, the Commission reserves the right to have such Products or
systems tested at the Contractor's cost to prove or disprove conformance .

.5

The cost for testing will be borne by the Commission in the event of conformance with the
Contract Documents, or by the Contractor in the event of non-conformance.
