1. Check the motor trip condition

2. When motor 1 ( 3 ) is running, then we can operate the Mooring Winch.
3. Manual Mode
Press Manual Pushbutton to enter Manual Mode
Press Rachet In Pushbutton go to Rachet In Mode. Indicator depends on the limit
switch signal
Press Rachet Out Pushbutton go to Rachet Out Mode. Indicator depends on the limit
switch signal
Press Brake Set, then brake will be set ( Pressure Switch 1000 PSI )
Press Brake Release, then brake will be released
Manual Speed Setting depends on the potentiometer
Select to pay in, then winch #1,#3,#5,#7 will do pay in. Motor 1 EDC, Motor 2 EDC
will go from 4 mA ( min) to 20 mA ( max )

Select to pay out, then winch #1,#3,#5,#7 will do pay out. Motor 1 EDC, Motor 2
EDC will go from 4 mA ( min) to 20 mA ( max )

Select Stop Mode, the winch #1,#3,#5,#7 will stop

4. Auto Mode
Press Manual Pushbutton to enter Manual Mode
Press Rachet Out Pushbutton go to Rachet Out Mode. Feedback signal will make the
indicator on
Press Brake Release Pushbutton go to Brake Release Mode. Feedback signal will
make the indicator on
Do pay in and make tension in line 1 Ton, then press Auto Pushbutton to enter
Auto Tension Mode
Adjust Auto Tension setting by auto tension setting potentiometer

If brake release got fault or rachet out got fault or motor got fault, the setting will
direct to stand by mode and brake set automatically.

5. Free Wheeling Mode

Press Manual Pushbutton to enter Manual Mode
Air supply of drag brake is ready
Winch selector switch to stop position
Free wheel at on position

Press Rachet Out Pushbutton go to Rachet Out Mode. Feedback signal will make the
indicator on
Press Brake Release Pushbutton go to Brake Release Mode. Feedback signal will
make the indicator on
Adjust drag brake setting by auto tension setting potentiometer to vary the braking
force
Once the free wheeling off or air supply lost, the setting will direct to rachet in, brake
set automatically

6. Auto Crawl Function for FWD Winch

All the fire station #1~#10 ready ( the indicator is on ). Winch #2,#3,#4,#5,#6,#7 in
auto tension mode, and winch #1,#8 is in stand by mode. If all condition which
mention above is ok. Cycle start ready signal will be on ( light on ).
Press cycle start to active auto Crawling
Disable winch #1,#8; set to standby, manual and go to auto function.
Press Winch #1,#8 rachet out pushbutton, brake release pushbutton automatically
then start to pay in automatically. Speed controlled by auto crawl speed
potentiometer.
Press cycle stop Pushbutton, rachet in, brake set automatically
When pay in length is finished, cycle stop will stop automatically.
