our
revenue

by
more

100%
each
year
and
more
than
10%
each
month.
In
the
next
3
years,
HKExcel
is
looking
to
dominate
the
global
IB
market
and
to
meet
the
minimum
for
public
listing
in
Hong
Kong.
We
are
looking
for
a
smart
and
ambitious
chief
operating
officer
to
help
us
scale
the
business
to
the
next
level
About
the
COO
position
We
are
looking
for
a
smart,
talented
and
ambitious
chief
operating
officer
to
help
us
scale
the
business
to
the
next
level
The
COO
will
work
directly
with
the
founders
of
the
company
in
marketing/sales
and
operations.
The
COO
will
also
be
expected
to
handle
daily
operations
Requirements
A
strong
business
sense
and
a
passion
to
help
scale
a
start-up
A
proactive
personality
Candidates
with
hands-on
experience
in
sales/marketing
will
be
preferred
Detail-mindedness
Willingness
to
learn
and
try
new
things
Candidates
who
are
previous
IB
students
will
be
preferred,
due
to
a
stronger
understanding
of
our
target
market
Coding
expertise
is
preferred
but
not
required
Responsibilities
Actively
involve
in
the
companys
sales
and
marketing
initiatives
Actively
involve
in
the
company
daily
operations-
including
human
resource
and
accounting
Provide
strategic
insight
to
the
co-founders
of
the
company
Remuneration
25000HKD
basic
initial
salary
Bonuses
and
increments
will
be
given
based
on
the
revenue
of
the
company
If
the
COO
demonstrates
that
he/she
can
provide
great
value
to
HKExcel,
equity
may
be
awarded
to
the
COO
