investigation into a larceny of a purse that occurred on March
17, 2015 at a local bar. Potsdam PD originally received a report
from the victim who was a patron at the bar and while at the
establishment had her purse stolen. Investigation revealed that
Hebert took the purse from the establishment and then turned
the purse over to Alguire.
