LOGISTIC MANAGER
1. Management of overall logistic activities of SPMU involving coordinating with all
the sections of SPMU, Directorates & District PMUs.
2. Arrangement of Logistics for different training & workshops in office and outside
venues with coordination of concerned sections.
3. Arrangement of vehicles, tickets (Train, Bus & Flight) for NRHM officials.
4. Booking of accommodations for the guest and venues for training purpose as
and when required basis.
5. Receipt of material at Store along with document. Checking of material, quantity
& condition and document completeness.
6. Logistic arrangement for dispatch of the printing materials at the Store to
Districts as per the requirements received from the concerned sections of SPMU.
7. Supervise Material Handling, Storage, Material Disbursement, Inventory control,
& Housekeeping.
8. Inventory management & storage: Planning of inventory so as to curtail
inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to
minimize wastage.
9. Conduct physical verification of inventory on quarterly basis & reconciling with
systems stocks.
10. Interface with finance team & supplier to ensure that overdue payments to
vendors are cleared in time so that the supplies are not only affected but the
confidence of the supplier in the organization is enhanced.
11. Preparation of Audit compliance related to Stock / Store in coordination with the
finance team.
12. To understand the end user requirement, Receiving and Evaluating Quotations,
Negotiation, Placing Order, follow up for on time Delivery and Pending Orders.
13. Developing long-term partnerships with local suppliers, managing day-to-day
supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery & quality
norms
14. Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts with hardware & other
warehouse gadgets.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT (PPP/NGO)
1. Develop preliminary PPP project proposals & guidelines based on the need/situation,
develop MoO, broad outline of the project structure and activities, project cost
estimation and indicative outputs of the proposed projects.
2. Leverage State, Government of India and Corporate Sectors to attract, support and
contract private investments and partnership to create conducive environment so as to
utilize the efficiencies, innovativeness and flexibility of the private sector to provide
better service delivery at an optimal cost.
3. Examines the PPP proposals recommended from the Districts and proposal of NGOs &
Corporate Sectors for implementation of health programs.
4. Provide support in the organization of the state NGO Committee meeting. Identify and
conceptualize projects place before the State NGO Committee of Health & FW Society for
a decision.
5. Review various formats and tools currently used to collect qualitative and quantitative
data on a periodical basis, analyze and develop formats for reporting of the specific PPP
activities.
6. Facilitate in preparation of PPP PIP under NHM for necessary approval of MoH& FW,
GoI.
7. Review all the existing guidelines, MoU, contracts and monitoring tools in time to time.
8. Facilitate in the smooth operation of PHC (N) Management, Urban Slum Health Projects,
NGO Scheme in Vulnerable Sub-centers, Arogya Plus projects its operational through
partnership in the State.
9. Provide technical support to other Consultants/ Programs at the State level where there
is a possibility of the partnership arrangement. Example- PTC, Maternity Waiting Home,
Vulnerable Group Project, 102 Call centre, ASHA HBNC training by NGOs etc.
10. Make arrangement for the midterm and final evaluation of PPP project by engaging
external agencies in time to time.
11. Will facilitate in redressal of grievances related to PPP projects in an amicable manner.
12. Conduct extensive field visits to the projects & districts to oversee the implementation of
the PPP programmes and to provide support.
13. Any other task assigned by the Reporting Authority.

12. Ensure quarterly review meeting of AYUSH doctors at district level.
13. Field visit for monitoring & supervision activities of AYUSH doctors & activities.
