Position: Head of Security-Abbot Laboratories

Process:

To go through all the Resumes in the database in Pharmaceutical industry

first.
If I am unable to find relevant resumes in desired industry, my next step
would be to look into other relevant industries such as Manufacturing, Textile,
Oil & Gas company/Refinery & Hospital.
Beside the relevant Industry, I would look for other requirements such as
relevant certification such as Health & Safety etc.
Experience of military Service would be preferable.
Association or any other contacts with the Governmental & private
agencies/authorities will be a plus.
Minimum Qualification should be a Graduate majored in Administration from
any well reputed Military Academy.

Having excellent communication, interpersonal and interrogation skills. Strong knowledge of

security procedure including:
Crime and intelligence
Budgeting and Administration
Resource Management
Personnel Management
Crisis Management
Investigation and Search Procedure
Evidence collection and protection
Security and Emergency Response
Testifying and Defense Representation

Specialties: Ability to plan, execute and monitor security related tasks. Ability to impart training
on security aspects. Ability to lead administration functions.

My sourcing would be mainly focused on the internal database and LinkedIn.

I will screen out around 7-8 best candidates that better fit to this job.
After screening these candidates will be called to further discuss their profile,
their current job scenarios, their pay scale, their willingness to move for this
job.
And finally 4-5 candidates will be shortlisted and interviewed.
