Being a earth scientist I feel the global warming due to anthropogenic activities is a big hoax , started by

first world countries with a solid economics behind it.

If you are looking to impose globalsolutions you need global problems and the environment is perfect
for that.
It was said by the IPCC that by 2035 Himalayan glaciers would disappear and the seas would rise in
level, sinking Mumbai which doesnt seem to happen by any chance , it is 2015 already.This rubbish was
given so that countries like India,China and Brazil (the future superpowers) could be arm twisted &
forced into slowing down their development. False propaganda was churned out to achieve political aims
in the direction of world government, corporate income increase, and global redistribution of wealth.
Poorer countries rejected the 2009 Copenhagen climate agreement precisely because it discriminated
against developing and poor nations by asking them to shoulder the burden of climate change at the cost
of development.They saw through the evil designsthat developed nations would take on less of a
burden . This ensures poorer countries will continue in poverty as a result of energy demands not being
met. Preventing poor nations from becoming self-sufficient in blocking them from producing their own
energy, meant that millions more will die from starvation. What type of power can one extract out of wind
turbine and solar power ? Can we expect poor nations to run their industries with this ?Al Gore is on
course to be the worlds first carbon billionaire thanks to his investments in green companies . . . all of
which benefit from tax dollars and government loans to prevent global warming.

The earth has gone through numerous cooling & warming cycles , for some time it was so cold that even
the equator was frozen & under ice (snowball earth) while at other times it was so warm that sealevels
were at their highest- 10 metres above from what they are now (Cretaceous Warming , Paleocene-Eocene
Thermal Maxima etc ).Climate changes always occur as cycles , the main cycles for long term climate
change & climate variability are Milankovich cycles & carbon cycle.We are in the middle of an
interglacial i.e the period between 2 ice ages no matter what one does temperature will increase & climate
will change , whether for the good or for the worse of humans , only time will tell.
The oceans have a huge capacity resist being destabilised by changes in temperature or composition of
the atmosphere. Whenever there is a change, the reactions of other chemicals or life in the sea act to
moderate and even reverse those changes.
Oceans have an unlimited ability to remove carbon dioxide from their waters and store it in thick beds of
shells and corals, limestone, chalk, dolomite, magnesite, siderite, marls, methane hydrate and oil shales.
Fresh water swamps and lakes on land have also laid down massive deposits of coal and lignite formed
from carbon dioxide extracted from the atmosphere. Many of these deposits were laid down when the
carbon dioxide content of the atmosphere was far higher than it is today.(Carboniferous - Permian)

Carbon dioxide present in the oceans is essential to plant life and current very low levels of carbon
dioxide in the atmosphere and the ocean are limiting plant growth. All animal life depends on these
plants.

Earth's temperature cycles is related to warming and cooling phases of the sun, and affected by cyclic
variations in the geometry of Earth's orbit about the sun, but they are certainly not caused by modern
man's trucks, tractors, trains, planes and power stations.
Historically, a rise in CO2 concentrations did not precede a rise in temperatures, but actually lagged
temperature by 300 to 800 years. The temperature drives the CO2, not vice versa. Serbian geophysicist
Milutin Milankovi said-- Changes in the orbit of the Earth around the sun are influencing the
incoming radiation and this is the pacemaker for glacial-interglacials
The PRECESSION- Our axis of rotation wobbles like a top, tracing a clockwise circle around true north.
Called axial precession, it takes about 25,765 years to complete the full circle.Precession occurs, because
the sun and moon exert a gravitational pull on the earths equatorial bulge.Fluctuations in the amount of
incoming solar radiation is the cause of large-scale changes in Earth's climate during the Quaternary.
Variations in the intensity and timing of heat from the sun are the cause of the glacial/interglacial cycles.
Throughout the Quaternary period, high latitude winters have been cold enough to allow snow to
accumulate. It is when the summers are cold, (i.e., summers that occur when the sun is at its farthest point
in Earth's orbit), that the snows of previous winters do not melt completely. When this process continues
for centuries, ice sheets begin to form.
Finally, the shape of Earth's orbit also changes. At one extreme, the orbit is more circular, so that each
season receives about the same amount of incoming solar radiation. At the other extreme, the orbital
ellipse is stretched longer, exaggerating the differences between seasons.
The eccentricity of Earth's orbit also proceeds through a long cycle, which takes 100,000 years. Major
glacial events in the Quaternary have coincided when the phases of axial tilt, precession of equinoxes and
eccentricity of orbit are all lined up to give the northern hemisphere the least amount of summer solar
radiation.
Carbon dioxide absorbs infrared radiation (IR) in only three narrow bands of frequencies, which
correspond to wavelengths of 2.7, 4.3 and 15 micrometers (m), respectively. The percentage absorption
of all three lines combined can be very generously estimated at about 8% of the whole IR spectrum,
which means that 92% of the heat passes right through without being absorbed by CO2.The Earth
temperature-sunspot chart over more than 100 years, showing that increased solar activity is the cause of
global warming not carbon dioxide.
To cut it short , the famous rhetoric save the earth , should be changed to save the humans .Earth can
manage on its own .Infact it has been managing for the last 4.5 billion years.
An Inconvenient Truth (AIT) is a feature-length documentary directed by Davis Guggenheim distributed
in cinemas worldwide in 2006. It received an Oscar for Best Documentary in 2007 and later that year, Al
Gore was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to raise public awareness and understanding of
global warming. The film adopts a very personal mode of address. The latter are accompanied by a voiceover in which he explains his own involvement in the climate change debate. Here, we see Gore lecturing
to an audience about the evidence for anthropogenic global warming and the consequences it might lead
to. The result is a forceful and passionate attempt to persuade viewers that climate change is real and that
it requires urgent action.

The Great Global Warming Swindle directed by Martin Durkin and produced by his company WagTV,
2007 ,was a response to Gores film. GGWS was broadcast on 8th March 2007 by Channel 4, one of the
UKs five national terrestrial channels Durkin does not appear in his film but instead provides a narration,
and the films argument that global warming is not caused by humans is advanced by extensive use of
talking-head shots of a large number of interviewees. All of the interviewees appear to support the
films thesis and they are introduced with long recitals of their official affiliations and scientific
credentials.
Moving towards the films , The Great Global Warming Swindle is a reactionary piece to The
Inconvenient Truth in which a director(Durkins) rails against a perceived ideology and then attempts to
find evidence to support his claims. Durkins never appears on-screen just states the facts while Gore(AIT)
is more attached & uses emotions while being on stage. The visuals chosen to illustrate this warming are
familiar -Collapsing ice shelves and retreating glaciers but they do little to support the fact that warming
is anthropogenic but a result of natural cycles.Also Gore is generally aimed at the American audience
while Durkins at the British.Gore focused on the fact that CO2 was responsible for climate change
whereas sunspot & cosmic ray data correlate more closely from the ice cores.It seems that Gore is
worrying the people to act , on the contrary Durkin argues that such films(AIT) are typical of media
seeking to make money from doing propaganda.But the graphs used by Durkins ended abruptly in 1975
showing them as now.It was on some degree misrepresentation of facts & data to suit his narrative
although it doesnt prove the anthropogenic warming hypothesis correct.
