The organizationstructure of PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk starting with Shareholder
Meeting

then under the Shareholders Meeting existing Board Of Commissioners and

Independent Commissioner after that under the Board Of Commissioners and Independent
Commissioner there is Board Of Directors who give the task to the Audit Committee. PT
Mandom Indonesia Tbk is headed by a President Directors / CEO who divides the task to
management meetings, Coorporate Secretary, and Internal Audit. Corporate Secretary is
divided into three parts that is Coorporate Secretary, legal affairs, and PR / INV relations. PT
Mandom Indonesia Tbk is divided into three units of work that is Production Unit, Marketing
Unit, And Resources Unit. Where a Production Unit is headed by a Vice President
Director /CEO who divides the task to Sunter Factory Director, Purchase Director,
Laboratory Director, and Restucturing Of Production Unit Director then Marketing Unit
headed by a Senior Director who give the task to Domestic Sales Director, Product
Development Director, Strategic Planning Director, and Intel Sales Director and the last, the
Resources Unit headed by a Vice President Director who give the task to Finance and Acc
Director, Management Planning, General Affair, And Human Research Department.
