Rungta Weaving and Dyeing House Private Limited has been incorporated
with the view of bringing entire manufacturing process starting from
manufacturing cotton fabrics and ending at manufacturing finished hosiery
products by the way of backward and forward integrations. Mr. Ajay Kumar
Rungta is having more than 10 years of experience in this line of business
joined hands with Mr. Shreya Poddar who has a diversified business
experience and strong financial backup for starting such a company. This
company will be one of its kinds integrated unit in this industry which will
be engaged in manufacturing Hosieries related items.

The company will be engaged in manufacturing Knitted Cotton Fabrics,

Narrow Woven Fabric Tape and Leggings. It proposes to go for further value
addition in the short run by getting into manufacturing men and women
briefs and vests and markets them under its own brand name. The products
are primarily used in making hosiery like men and women briefs and vests,
kids wear, night wears, etc.
The company is the final stage of acquiring a 52 kattah land with 10000 Sq
Ft Commercial built up space at Madhyamgram for setting up the factory
from its own capital and further 12000 Sq Ft of Commercial Built up space
is proposed to be constructed for accommodating the entire manufacturing
process under one compound itself. The entire civil construction and
development work will be done by the promoters own capital contribution.

The promoters propose for a term loan for the purchase of all the plant and
machineries. The promoters contribution will be made part by part in a
continuous manner. The fixed cost of the entire project including the price
of the land, civil construction, electrical installations, plant and machineries
is expected to be at around Rs. 18.34 Crores, which is to be met by term
loan of RS 6.75 Crores and rest being the promoters own capital
contribution to the tune of Rs. 51.00 Crores which includes working capital
margin against the cash credit requirement of Rs 60.00 Crores and ILC / FLC
requirement of Rs 15.00 Crores.
