80’s BERRY WINE COOLER

Ingredients for a 80's Berry Wine Cooler

 Chablis® White Wine


 7-Up® Soda
 Blackberry Juice
 Raspberry Juice
 Strawberry Juice
 Blueberry Juice

Quantities for one drink:

 4 oz Chablis® White Wine


 6 oz 7-Up® Soda
 1/2 oz Blackberry Juice
 1/2 oz Raspberry Juice
 1/2 oz Strawberry Juice
 1/2 oz Blueberry Juice

Blending Instructions:

 Mix together the blackberry, raspberry, strawberry and blueberry juice together in a mixing glass
 Pour the Chablis white wine into a tall wine glass, and top with 7-Up
 Add the juice mixture, and serve

LATANA

Ingredients for a Latana

 White Wine
 Sprite
 Raspberry Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

 8 oz White Wine
 3 oz Sprite
 2 oz Raspberry Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

 Fill a pint glass half way with white wine


 Then pour in sprite
 Fill shot glass with raspberry liqueur and drop shot glass into pint glass

PHIZZLE

Ingredients for a Phizzle

 Red Wine
 Sprite® Soda

Quantities for one drink:

 3/4 oz Red Wine


 2 oz Sprite® Soda

Blending Instructions:

 Combine ingredients in a red wine glass


RED WINE PUNCH

Ingredients for a Red Wine Punch

 Red Wine
 Soda Water
 Powdered Sugar
 Orange

Quantities for one drink:

 2 Parts Red Wine


 1 Part Soda Water
 3 Tblsp Powdered Sugar Per Litre
 Orange And/or Lemon Slices

Blending Instructions:

 Mix the icing sugar with the red wine, and stir well
 Pour in the soda
 Put in some Orange/Lemon slices
 Serve immediately with a lot of ice

KLONDIKE COOLER

Ingredients for a Klondike Cooler

 Blended Whiskey
 Carbonated Water
 Powdered Sugar
 Lemon Peel
 Orange Spiral

Quantities for one drink:

 2 oz Blended Whiskey
 Carbonated Water
 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
 1 Twist of Lemon Peel
 1 Orange Spiral

Blending Instructions:

 Mix powdered sugar and 2 oz carbonated water in a collins glass


 Fill glass with ice and add blended whiskey
 Fill with carbonated water and stir
 Add twist of lemon peel and orange spiral so that the end dangles over rim of glass
SHAMROCK

Ingredients for a Shamrock

 Irish Whiskey
 Dry Vermouth
 Green Creme De Menthe
 Olive

Quantities for one drink:

 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey


 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
 1 tsp Green Creme de Menthe
 1 Olive

Blending Instructions:

 Stir all ingredients (except olive) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
 Add the olive and serve

APOTHECARY

Ingredients for a Apothecary

 Punt E Mes Red Vermouth


 Fernet Branca® Bitters
 Green Creme De Menthe

Quantities for one drink:

 3/4 oz Punt E Mes Red Vermouth


 3/4 oz Fernet Branca® Bitters
 1/4 oz Green Creme de Menthe

Blending Instructions:

 Stir in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes


 Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve

WINEGUM

Ingredients for a Winegum

 Vodka
 Lemon Soda
 Apricot

Quantities for one drink:

 1 oz Vodka
 Lemon Soda
 Apricot

Blending Instructions:

 Mix the Vodka with the other ingredients after taste


WINTER WINE

Ingredients for a Winter Wine

 Red Wine
 Cognac
 Cinnamon
 Honey
 Water

Quantities for one drink:

 35 Cl Red Wine
 2 oz Cognac
 1 Pinch Cinnamon
 1 tbsp Honey
 2 oz Water

Blending Instructions:

 Heat in a small saucepan and pour into heat-proof cups just before boiling
 Add a slice of lemon to each cup, and serve

MULLED WINE

Ingredients for a Mulled Wine

 Water
 Sugar
 Cloves
 Cinnamon
 Lemon Peel
 Red Wine
 Brandy

Quantities for one drink:

 3 Cups Water
 1 Cup Sugar
 12 Cloves
 2 Cinnamon Sticks
 1 Lemon Peel
 25.35 oz Red Wine
 1/4 Cup Brandy

Blending Instructions:

 Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10
minutes
 Add wine heat to a "coffee temperature" (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy
