Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay,

in session assembled, that:
Section 1. Positions for Creation. The following additional lists of
positions are hereby created in the offices of the Local
Government of Guinobatan, to wit:

Section 2. Salaries & Benefits. The employees that shall be hired in the
above-created plantilla positions shall receive a monthly salary
equivalent to their respective salary grades and such other
benefits and emoluments attached to their positions, pursuant
to law, order, circular and/or ordinance.
Section 3. Separability Clause. If, for any reason, any section or
provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid or
unconstitutional, other sections or provision of thereof which
are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and
effect.

Section 4. Repealing Clause. Any ordinance found inconsistent hereof, in

whole or in part, is hereby repealed or modified accordingly.
Section 5. Effectivity. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its approval.
