IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. This offer is valid for 24 Hours from the date of issue unless otherwise extended by Home Credit India Finance Private Limited (HCIN) at its sole discretion.
2. Besides the terms and conditions mentioned in this Sanction Letter, the sanction of the Loan Amount shall also be subject to the compliance by the Borrower of the General Terms and
Conditions registered with Sub-Registrar of Assurances at Gurgaon (Haryana) under the Deed of Declaration having Registration No.7820 dated 26th June 2013 the copy of which has been
provided along with this Sanction Letter.
3. The Repayment Schedule for loan shall be provided on request.
4. Monthly Payment consists of EMI and the Monthly Customer Care Fee.
5. Total Advance Payment is the aggregate of Advance EMI and Processing Fee.
6. The interest on the Loan Amount has been charged at flat rate basis and shall remain fixed during the period of loan.
7. The charges and fees mentioned above are inclusive of services tax, duties, statutory fees, charges and other levies imposed by any Government Authority from time to time.
8 The late payment penalties are cummulative in nature.
9. HCIN reserves the right to revise, from time to time, the amount of penalties, charges and fees at its sole discretion. The revised penalties, charges and fees shall be provided on the website
of HCIN.The Borrower is requested to visit the website of HCIN for revised charges and fees.
10. If the borrower is not satisfied with the terms & conditions of this loan, he/she may terminate this loan agreement by repaying the Outstanding Balance of Loan Amount to HCIN within 15
days from the date of this Sanction Letter. No Prepayment Penalty shall be charged to the Borrower in such case, however, the Processing Fee shall not be adjusted against the Outstanding
Balance. After 15 days from the date of this Sanction Letter, any prepayment/ foreclosure of the Loan shall be at the sole discretion of HCIN and subject to the specified conditions and payment
of prepayment penalties by the Borrower.
11.The Borrower hereby grants permission to the Company to contact him any time between 0700 hours to 2100 hours from Monday to Sunday to discuss the current status of his loan account.
He shall inform the Company if some other time is convenient for him by calling our Customer Care at 1800 121 6660.
12. In case the Borrower has selected Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) as the mode of paying Monthly Payment, the Borrower is requested to read and understand the procedure and
conditions for ECS.
13. In case the Borrower has selected Third Party Cash Collection as the mode of paying Monthly Payment, such payment shall be made only to the kiosks/ outlets of our authorised repayment
channels.The details of the nearest kiosks/ outlets of authorised repayment channels cab be collected from the website of respective payment partners or calling at their customer care numbers.
Such information can also be gathered from our Customer Care by calling us at 1800 121 6660 or mailing at care@homecredit.co.in. A nominal fee for each transaction shall be payable to the
Repayment Channel. The Borrower is requested to update himself with any change in Repayment Channels and their respective fee.
14. The event based payments (including charges, fees and penalties) can also be paid to HCIN through "Third Party Cash Collection" mode or through "Net Banking".The details of Net Banking
are provided at the website of HCIN and can also be gathered from our Customer Care by calling us at 1800 121 6660 or mailing at care@homecredit.co.in.
15. HCIN shall, on receipt of request in writing from the Borrower, send the No Objection Certificate within 30 days of receipt of such request on payment of applicable charges provided the
Borrower has paid all dues to HCIN.

How to make an easy payment:


1. If you choose to pay in CASH option:

availability of staff/ representative with Home Credit. No amount shall be collected unless the Customer pays cash pick-up fee along with
Monthly Payment.

Maintain sufficient balance in your bank account at least 2 days before the Due Day on 8th of each month and keep it till
12th
to avoid dishonor of ECS instruction.
Penalty ( starting from Rs. 300/- ) will be levied where the full payment is received after the Due Day i.e. 8th of every month.
Additional Penalty will be charged by your bank in case of transactions bounced due to insufficient funds.
Dishonor of ECS instruction due to insufficiency of funds can be considered as a criminal offence and the Company reserves the
right to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against the defaulters in such cases.

o After that please provide your e-mail ID and also hand over the monthly payment amount to the retailer
along with transaction fee of Rs. 28.
o Once the retailer enters the amount and the other details in system, an OTP is generated.
o Customer gets an SMS on its mobile phone containing OTP & the amount entered in the system. If the
amount is correct, then please share OTP to the retailer.

Cash pick-up (CPU)


o The Customer has to raise a request with Home Credit clearly specifying the time and place of making
payment through cash pickup. The operator of Home Credit shall explain the terms and conditions of CPU
to the Customer and obtain his consent/ confirmation.
o Home Credits representative shall visit the place at the time mentioned by the Customer in his request.
o The Customer shall be required to pay a fee of Rs.25 for cash pick up along with amount promised to pay
during request failing which, the Cash Pick up facility shall not be provided.
o Home Credits representative shall collect the money from the customer and issue two (2) receipts i.e. one
for cash pick up fee and other for EMI/Promised amount.

3. The Repayment Schedule for loan shall be provided on request.
4. Monthly Payment consists of EMI and the Monthly Customer Care Fee.
5. Total Advance Payment is the aggregate of Advance EMI and Processing Fee.
6. The interest on the Loan Amount has been charged at flat rate basis and shall remain fixed during the period of loan.
7. The charges and fees mentioned above are inclusive of services tax, duties, statutory fees, charges and other levies imposed by any Government Authority from time to time.
8 The late payment penalties are cummulative in nature.
9. HCIN reserves the right to revise, from time to time, the amount of penalties, charges and fees at its sole discretion. The revised penalties, charges and fees shall be provided on the website
of HCIN.The Borrower is requested to visit the website of HCIN for revised charges and fees.
10. If the borrower is not satisfied with the terms & conditions of this loan, he/she may terminate this loan agreement by repaying the Outstanding Balance of Loan Amount to HCIN within 15
days from the date of this Sanction Letter. No Prepayment Penalty shall be charged to the Borrower in such case, however, the Processing Fee shall not be adjusted against the Outstanding
Balance. After 15 days from the date of this Sanction Letter, any prepayment/ foreclosure of the Loan shall be at the sole discretion of HCIN and subject to the specified conditions and payment
of prepayment penalties by the Borrower.
11.The Borrower hereby grants permission to the Company to contact him any time between 0700 hours to 2100 hours from Monday to Sunday to discuss the current status of his loan account.
He shall inform the Company if some other time is convenient for him by calling our Customer Care at 1800 121 6660.
12. In case the Borrower has selected Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) as the mode of paying Monthly Payment, the Borrower is requested to read and understand the procedure and
conditions for ECS.
13. In case the Borrower has selected Third Party Cash Collection as the mode of paying Monthly Payment, such payment shall be made only to the kiosks/ outlets of our authorised repayment
channels.The details of the nearest kiosks/ outlets of authorised repayment channels cab be collected from the website of respective payment partners or calling at their customer care numbers.
Such information can also be gathered from our Customer Care by calling us at 1800 121 6660 or mailing at care@homecredit.co.in. A nominal fee for each transaction shall be payable to the
Repayment Channel. The Borrower is requested to update himself with any change in Repayment Channels and their respective fee.
14. The event based payments (including charges, fees and penalties) can also be paid to HCIN through "Third Party Cash Collection" mode or through "Net Banking".The details of Net Banking
are provided at the website of HCIN and can also be gathered from our Customer Care by calling us at 1800 121 6660 or mailing at care@homecredit.co.in.
15. HCIN shall, on receipt of request in writing from the Borrower, send the No Objection Certificate within 30 days of receipt of such request on payment of applicable charges provided the
Borrower has paid all dues to HCIN.

How to make an easy payment:


1. If you choose to pay in CASH option:

Please input the correct contract number i.e.

Without payment deposit receipt your payment is not valid. Please maintain your payment receipt with correct details for future references.

Maintain sufficient balance in your bank account at least 2 days before the Due Day on 8th of each month and keep it till

to avoid dishonor of ECS instruction.
Penalty ( starting from Rs. 300/- ) will be levied where the full payment is received after the Due Day i.e. 8th of every month.
Additional Penalty will be charged by your bank in case of transactions bounced due to insufficient funds.
Dishonor of ECS instruction due to insufficiency of funds can be considered as a criminal offence and the Company reserves the
right to initiate appropriate legal proceeding against the defaulters in such cases.

o After that please provide your e-mail ID and also hand over the monthly payment amount to the retailer
along with transaction fee of Rs. 28.
o Once the retailer enters the amount and the other details in system, an OTP is generated.
o Customer gets an SMS on its mobile phone containing OTP & the amount entered in the system. If the
amount is correct, then please share OTP to the retailer.

Cash pick-up (CPU)


o The Customer has to raise a request with Home Credit clearly specifying the time and place of making
payment through cash pickup. The operator of Home Credit shall explain the terms and conditions of CPU
to the Customer and obtain his consent/ confirmation.
o Home Credits representative shall visit the place at the time mentioned by the Customer in his request.
o The Customer shall be required to pay a fee of Rs.25 for cash pick up along with amount promised to pay
during request failing which, the Cash Pick up facility shall not be provided.
o Home Credits representative shall collect the money from the customer and issue two (2) receipts i.e. one
for cash pick up fee and other for EMI/Promised amount.
