What if a minor student signed an employment contract with an employer without

his/her parental consent, is the contract between the said students and employer
valid? Why? (10)
An Executive Order was issued by Pres. Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III decreasing the
rate of EVAT from 12 % to 8% to all small business / enterprises to avoid possible
lay-off of employees amidst the economic crisis. Is this act constitutional justifiable
or not? (10)

1. According to Section 2 of Republic Act No. 7610, as amended,
otherwise known as the "Special Protection of Children Against Child
Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act", is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Sec. 2. Declaration of State Policy and Principles. - It is hereby
declared to be the policy of the State to provide special protection to
children from all forms of abuse, neglect, cruelty, exploitation and
discrimination, and other conditions prejudicial to their development
including child labor and its worst forms; provide sanctions for their
commission and carry out a program for prevention and deterrence of
and crisis intervention in situations of child abuse, exploitation and
discrimination. The State shall intervene on behalf of the child when
the parent, guardian, teacher or person having care or custody of the
child fails or is unable to protect the child against abuse, exploitation
and discrimination or when such acts against the child are committed
by the said parent, guardian, teacher or person has care and custody
of the same.
Based on the problem number 1. if a minor student signed an
employment contract with an employer without his/her parental
consent, the contract between the said students and employer is
invalid, because, without its consent of his parents and may prosecute
employers. First of all, a minor age would need to support his parents
all his needs, depending on if it is really difficult child's family and also
the child likes it works to help his parents, but it must have permission
her parents to ensure safety and prevent abuse,.
2 According to my opinion the reduction of the VAT President Noynoy
Aquino will not help the economy to prevent the reduction of the
workers in the Philippines. In my opinion should not avoid the problem
but it should future and gives a solution to the problem, not just shortterm but long term solution.

3. If someone died in the unconscious of others, or with her in the

house, the first thing is not to move the body and report immediately
to the police to conduct an investigation to determine the cause of
death, Before leaving the scene of the crime, the police or their
employees will often do a site investigation by taking pictures and
taking any objects they think are connected to the crime for evidence.
Almost everyone who was at the scene will write a report, including
their personal observations, the names and contact information of any
potential witnesses, and any items that they took from the scene.

5. According to problem number five the law was passed by providing

2m and took no Tapt way, in my opinion it's not legal, but they only

deceive the people, for me all matters pertaining to the welfare of all
must go through the process, and not the wrong way. They were
elected official to lead the country and be a good example for citizens.
They elected because they trust the people, and by what Marcos, for
me not lead it legally.
6. The body of law consisting of written laws adopted by a legislative
body. Statute law is often contrasted with case law, which originates
from decisions of the appellate courts; and with constitutional law,
based on a country's written constitution. While implementing rules
and regulation is seek to identify specific incentives, support and
undertakings, financial or otherwise, that may be granted to Project
Proponents, provide a climate of minimum Government regulations,
allow reasonable returns on investments made by Project Proponents,
provide procedures that will assure transparency and competitiveness
in the bidding and award of projects, ensure that Contractual
Arrangements reflect appropriate sharing of risks between the
Government and the Project Proponent, assure close coordination
between national government and Local Government Units (LGUs), and
ensure strict compliance by the Government and the Project Proponent
of their respective obligations and undertakings and the monitoring
thereof, in connection with or relative to Private Sector Infrastructure
or Development Projects.
