Work as per Annexure-1

With reference to your quotation and further discussion held with you and mutually
agreed, we are pleased to place the work order in favors of you for doing above works
through Labour contract basis as schedule of rates attached in Annexure-1.

Terms and Conditions

1 Payment for work done will be made as per company rules and regulations.
2 Only 10 nos of Labours will be allowed for Labour Supply.
3 Any increase or decrease in the scope of work made by the employer AXON then
the unit rates of this work order shall prevail and no increase / decrease of the
rates will be given.
4 No claims on idle time wages or any compensation is allowed neither for the
labour, equipment or construction plant and machinery nor for any break down
thereof.
5 AXON reserve the right to cancel the work order in full or in part, without
assigning any reason without any compensation or claims in such event
6 Work will not be deemed completed unless the subcontractor obtains completion
certificate from AXON CONSTRUCTION Pvt ltd.
7 Sub-contractor shall ensure that all their personnel observe all local rules,
regulations of the employer, for functioning, entry, exit etc.

8 The price worker shall have to maintain all the statutory obligation indemnifies
the company for any prosecution arising for minimum wage act, workmen
compensation act and any other statue enacted by the state of Chhattisgarh & the
laws of India. The court situated at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction for the
purpose of actions, proceedings arising out of this work order.
9 The sub contractor shall sign all the pages of the work order as a token of
acceptance of the rates and conditions thereof.
10 The sub contractor shall furnish the details of workers engaged on his works
every fortnight to the site office on his letterhead with all documents evidencing
the same.
11 The subcontractor should obtaining necessary labour license as per the existing
laws prior to the commencement of the work.
12 The subcontractor is deemed to be aware of the technical specification of the
employer for the work he is entrusted with and no deviations in quality will be
entertained.
13 If any damage injury or destruction is caused to the equipment or human life of
employer/ principal contractor due to the acts or deeds of the sub contractor or his
workers or his representative, all incidental expenses and compensations shall be
paid by the Sub-contractor to AXON /Employer
14 Contractor should provide the transportation and hutment of labour, if the labours
are staying outside the plant.
15 Contractor should provide the safety materials such as helmet, safety belt, safety
shoe etc to the labour.
16 All payments will be made by crossed A/C payee cheques within 30 days after
certification by our Engineer in charge.
17 Free materials issued by us to be kept and utilized properly as per norms. This
work order is being issued in duplicate. Please return one copy of the work order
duly signed by you/ your authorized representative as token of your acceptance of
the same.
18 Daily Labour Report should be attached & authorized.
19 Daily Progress report should be attached.
20 This work order is valued only 90 days from August 1st, if necessary the same
work order may be renewed by getting approval from H.O.

21 Based on DLR report & the amount payable abstract of bill will be made as per
Annexure I
