Senior Gas Trader, DCP Midstream Marketing, Houston, TX 2009-Present

Managed all aspects of physical and financial gas trading around DCPs gathering and
gas processing assets in the South Texas and Louisiana area, with volumes in excess of
400 MMdt/day and 1 Bcf storage. Solely developed and implemented physical and
financial derivative trading strategies, resulting in gross margins of approximately $510MM per year.
Asset Manager Cove Point LNG Facility, BP Energy, Houston, TX 2003-2008
Northeast Account Manager, BP Energy, Houston, TX 1999-2003

Managed physical and financial derivative trading around BPs Cove Point LNG Facility
in Maryland, with volumes in excess of 200 MMdt/day. Developed and implemented
trading strategies against these volumes and 2.5 Bcf of storage to hedge the price risk
with notional values of $2MM per day. Generated gross margins of $16MM,
$18.5KMM, and $23.5MM, respectively, during the years 2005-2007 as a result of my
sole management of this trading book, exceeding management expectations by in excess
of 400%. As a Northeast Account Manager, I managed approximately 30 LDC, enduser,
and C&I customer accounts in the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, and Southeast Regions.
Senior Gas Trader, El Paso Energy, Houston, TX 1997-1999

Managed physical and financial gas trading activities in the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, and
Gulf Coast Regions of 200 MMdt/day, capturing several million dollars per year in
economic trading value through the use of location and seasonal pricing arbitrage,
transportation and storage optimization.

Supervised and managed physical/financial gas trading activities in the Northeast, Mid
Atlantic, and Gulf Coast Regions around a book of trading business involving 300

MMdt/day of transportation and 20 Bcf of storage capacity. Took a leadership role in the
development and implementation of an electronic gas information management system to
maintain gas transaction deal entry, gas operation scheduling and accounting
management, credit and billing functions, mark-to-market valuation, and real-time
position monitoring and gas margin profitability analysis.

Assisted in negotiation of take-or-pay contracts saving the company $20MM. Initiated
business development opportunities for Centana, including project planning and
development, cash flow analysis, and negotiations of construction of 2 offshore gas
gathering pipelines ($10MM each) and a $1.5MM condensate barge loading facility
resulting in 30%+ returns on investment. Managed the negotiation, administration and
accounting of all gas processing, condensate and NGL contracts for Trunkline, PEPL and
TETCO pipelines, resulting in $15MM/year in incremental gross margin and
$50MM/year in shrinkage reimbursements by producers.
