A RESOLUTION STRONGLY RECOMMENDING THE DEDUCTION OF ___

HECTARES OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED LANDS (GOL) AND ___ HECTARES OF
PRIVATE AGRICULTURAL LANDS (PAL) FROM THE LAD BALANCE OF DARIFUGAO
WHEREAS,
the Provincial Agrarian Reform Coordinating Committee
(PARCCOM) is a special body created to help ensure effective implementation
of the agrarian reform program and, as such, is mandated to endorse the
scope of land distribution in the provinces;
WHEREAS, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) has conducted a
nationwide review and cleansing of its land distribution scope to determine
its workable balance on land acquisition distribution (LAD) that should be
delivered by June 2016;
WHEREAS, based on careful review of its LAD balance, DAR-Ifugao found
the following landholdings non-workable and deductible from agrarian reform
coverage;

WHEREAS, the PARCCOM also made its review of the above landholdings
and found them fit as deductible from DAR-Ifugaos LAD balance;
WHEREFORE, ON MOTION DULY SECONDED:
BE IT RESOLVED as hereby RESOLVED, that PARCCOM-Ifugao strongly
recommend for the deduction of the above-cited landholdings from the LAD
balance of DAR-Ifugao
RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the
Presidential Agrarian Reform Committee (PARC) and the Hon. DAR Secretary
Virgilo de los Reyes, through channels, for their consideration.
