Carry out all required tests according to inspection and testing plan and relevant standards to ensure
implementation of effective quality control.

Mixer Drivers, Batch Plant Operator, Lab Helper, Senior Concrete Technicians, Material Receiver,
Technical Engineer, Factory Manager.

V. WORKING CONDITIONS:

Frequent lifting of steel molds and concrete samples and pushing of wheel barrows.
Working inside and outside the laboratory.

Emergency Call Out

Ability to work unsupervised on Emergency Call Out works relevant to


blocked drains or general complaints; soil pipes, waste pipes,
downspouts etc.

Sample and test raw materials as per standard testing methods and
record the results in the respective forms.

Sample & test fresh and hardened concrete at site/factory as per

Take care of, clean and maintain testing equipment

Clean & maintain the laboratory and working area in good condition.(In
absence of lab helper).

Maintain temperature of curing room & tank, clean & change water in
the tank. (In absence of lab helper).

Reporting

Monitor and report taking, casting, compacting & curing and protection
of concrete samples taken by independent testing agencies on site.
