FOR ALL JOURNEYS ON EMIRATES TO/FROM THE USA THE FOLLOWING BAGGAGE RULES APPLY:
Economy Class:
2 pieces permitted - Each piece of free checked-in baggage must not exceed 23 kg (50 lbs.). Maximum dimensions (length + width + height)
of each piece must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches). The total combined dimensions of both pieces should not exceed 273 cm (107 inches).
One piece of carry-on baggage is permitted with maximum dimensions: 55 x 38 x 20 cm (22 x 15 x 8 inches) and maximum weight: 7 kg (15
lbs.)
First Class and Business Class:
2 pieces permitted - Each piece of free checked-in baggage must not exceed 32 kg (70 lbs.). Maximum dimensions (length + width + height)
of each piece must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches). The total combined weight of both pieces may not be more than 12 kg (26 lbs.). Two
pieces of carry-on baggage permitted: one briefcase plus either one handbag or one garment bag. The briefcase may not exceed 45 x 35 x
20 cm (18 x 14 x 8 inches); the handbag may not exceed 55 x 38 x 20 cm (22 x 15 x 8 inches); the garment bag can be no more than 20 cm
(8 inches) thick when folded. The total combined weight of both pieces may not be more than 12 kg (26 lbs.).
Infants in all cabin classes are permitted one checked-in bag: maximum weight 23 kg (50 lbs.) with total dimensions (length + width + height)
not exceeding 115 cm (45 inches) and one carry-on bag for inflight food and disposable items (weight not to exceed 5 kg /11 lbs.) and
maximum dimensions: 55 x 38 x 20 cm (22 x 15 x 8 inches).
