and then put their name on it. Many
teachers use other peoples work or
copied software to teach when in fact
that is against the law. This is also an
important issue for parents to be aware
of so that they can monitor their child’s
work and be able to understand the facts
on piracy. Piracy has a great impact on
everyone. The United States alone loses
billions of dollars each year because of
piracy. This is due to the fact that
people are not educated as much as they
should be about what piracy is and how
it affects everyone. Teachers, parents,
and students should be educated about
the facts of piracy.
