preparation to open a local business in Maryland. Included the set up of
budget parameters, P & L and future projections for two years forward.
Implemented training procedures for both the front and back of the house
for all employees. Final concept was turned over to Olive Tree Restaurant.

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar/ The Rose Group

Developed management team and hourly employees into a cohesive unit


to maximize customer satisfaction. Met and exceeded cost centers while
increasing sales over previous year. Managed positive working
environment and handled day to day business while being two managers
short. Was able to stabilize operations and turn the restaurant around into
a successful place of business.

An integral member of the opening team at our Lancaster location.


Lancaster is a high volume store that has been open for one year and is
already the #3 store in the entire company. This store has consistent
high
weekly sales, near perfect mystery shoppers and positive guest

Lancaster was able to transition into a training store in under a year.

Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar/ The Rose Group

Successfully opened, managed and coordinated overall operation of


the Kennett Square location of Applebee’s. Developed management
team and hourly employees into a cohesive unit to maximize customer
satisfaction. Met and exceeded restaurant budget while increasing
comp sales by 28% over previous year. Increased budget profit by 3%.
Assisted management teams to both train hourly employees and
develop those managers recently released from training program.
