General Comments Section 4 Park Evaluation. Three homeless individuals pushing shopping carts near Stow Lake at parking lot.
Made this evaluation on a Sunday to see how individuals who use the parks at that time also experience it.

Main Lawn 1.5 Edge: Most turf areas that adjoin other soft and hard landscapes are
naturally grown together and o not have distinctive borders. Base upon
the conditions and types of pathways that are located here, the majority
would not allow for or meet standard without tripling the workforce
where one person could handle edges 5 days a week as their only
position. 1.7 Holes: Based on large area you will find locations such as
the lawns near the lake, etc. that do have gopher issues. They are
noticeable from pathways
