Capacity limitations: EK shall limit the number of passengers carried on any one flight at fares governed by this rule and such
fares will not necessarily be available on all flights. The number of seats which the carrier shall make available on a given flight
will be determined by the carrier's best judgement.
If coupons are used out of sequence the remaining coupons will become invalid. If a passenger does not travel/no shows on a
sector booked, EK reserves the right to cancel the remaining sectors.

Penalties/Cancellation:
Date changes
Before departure - Date change by revalidation is permitted without penalty within fare and ticket
validity provided the change does not contravene the fare conditions.
After Departure - Date changes are permitted within fare and ticket validity at a charge of
NZD150 per transaction, provided the change does not contravene the fare conditions.
No show - Changes are permitted at a charge of NZD500 subject to all other conditions being met.
Fee not applicable to infants when not occupying a seat. Other applicable charges must be
collected if a change of fare is required.

Reissues: Reissue is permitted within fare and ticket validity at a charge of NZD150 per transaction, provided
the change does not contravene the fare conditions.
Before commencement of travel, any change of season will require the entire itinerary to be
reassessed based on the new travel dates. Difference in fare if any will need to be collected. If the
new itinerary results in a lower fare the NZD150 reissue fee will apply and no refund will be made.
Note:
Penalty fees must be shown as a YR tax code on the ticket.
Changes before departure are to be done by the issuing agent.
Changes after departure are to be done by issuing agent or EK office.
No show - Changes are permitted at a charge of NZD500 subject to all other conditions being met.

Cancellation/Refund: Before departure - NZD500 cancellation fee applies.

Note: Tickets are valid for refund up to 2 years from the date of issuance or original ticket.

from the point of origin at a charge of NZD150 per transaction provided the conditions of the higher
fare have been met and the applicable difference in fare is collected. Child/Infant discounts apply, If
the upgraded ticket is subsequently cancelled the original penalty will apply.

GDS reference pages reflects this information.
ii) No Child or Infant (with a seat) discounts apply to First Class fares.
iii) DOB must be reflected in the endorsement box of the ticket.
iv) Children/Infants must be accompanied on all flights in the same compartment by an Adult 18yrs or older.
