Triad Financial Services provides full-service (bookkeeping to part-time CFO), full-life cycle (start-up to wind-up stage) financial
advisory and QuickBooks bookkeeping services to small business owners. Representative engagements include:

Assisted a client in recovering an $80,000 personal tax obligation by analyzing QuickBooks transactions and reconciling to
filed tax returns.

Developed five-year forecast model enabling assumption-driven scenarios with accompanying business valuations and exit
strategy for the owner of a multimedia production company.

Developed the financial plan for a start-up solar power installer which was delivered to potential investors, enabling them
to recapture of investment tax credits and depreciation deductions.

Developed a sales and cash collections forecasting model for a structural engineering firm allowing them to improve their
cash flow forecasting ability and providing more reliable information to their lenders.

Implemented an annual strategic planning and budgeting process for a not-for-profit community theatre, improved Board

Re-engineered financial and operational infrastructure by leading initiatives to make management more accountable,
improve information flows and tie strategic and tactical objectives and employee compensation to financial performance.

Restructured employee benefits, HR and payroll platform resulting in $80k annual savings to company and employees.

Designed and implemented employee profit sharing plan providing incentive for franchise sales exceeding budget,
resulting in a 73% increase in franchise sales income.

Negotiated bank agreements resulting in a 50% increase in borrowing capacity while significantly reducing overall debt
service costs.

Shane Company is the largest privately held retail jewelry chain in the United States with 20 stores in 13 states and annual sales of
over $200 million.

Managed the refinancing of $40 million in asset-based debt which resulted in an increase of $15 million in effective
borrowing capacity.

Developed detailed 5-year sales, P&L and cash forecast model used in Chapter 11 reorganization plan and integrated with
bottoms-up budgets, forecasts and reporting of actual results.

March 2004-December 2007

Samsonite is the worlds leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retailer of luggage and travel-related products with global distribution
and annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. In this role, I led cross-functional teams which achieved the following:

Developed and executed a global plan to reduce working capital from 20% to 15% of sales in five years which achieved
the target in three years, boosting cash flow by more than $53M.

Initiated aggressive operating and finance actions, demonstrating improvements over an 18 month period which enabled
the company to refinance over $350M in high-yield corporate debt, reducing annual interest by $8M and improving their
S&P debt rating from B- to BB+.

Led financial due diligence for three potential acquisitions and post-acquisition integration teams for two companies.

Successfully designed modifications to and implemented SAP/FiCo module worldwide resulting in consistent information
across business units, geographical regions, and functional areas.

Resources Global Professionals, a spinoff of Deloitte & Touche LLP, is a leading provider of consulting services in the areas of
finance and accounting, risk management, information technology, human resources supply chain management with offices
worldwide.

Managed the Financial Reporting department for Host Marriott Corporation including preparation of 10-Qs for four
SEC registrants, preparation and review of quarterly financial statements for 30 partnerships and joint ventures.
Researched and implemented new FASB, AICPA and SEC pronouncements.

Back Office Controller for Constellation Energy Groups energy marketing and risk management organization.
Implemented provisions of SFAS 133 on Derivatives as they pertained to both marketing and trading activities and fossil
and nuclear electric power generation.

Re-engineered the budgeting process for AARP and designed and implemented a process for review and approval of
major program expenditures including Y2K remediation.

Performed initial impact study for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the marketing and trading office of Duke Energys
natural gas trading subsidiary, including development of flowcharts for financial disclosure processes, gap analysis and
design and implementation of mitigating controls.
