The posts at (Sr. No. 6&7) require independent experience of planning, implementation and analysis of development projects
in related fields. The candidates should submit list of such projects implemented by them along with application.
Interested candidates fulfilling the above mentioned Criteria should attend the Walk - in-Interview in the office of
Commissioner (Family Welfare) & Director , National Health Mission. Arogya Bhavan, 3rd Floor, St. Georges Hospital
Compound, P.D.Mello Road, Mumbai 400 001. As per the date & time given into the column No. 7 along with original
certificates of Qualification required and record of experience. One set attested photo copy should also be submitted along with
application. Application should be submitted on plain paper indicating (a) Name of post applied for (b) Full Name in block letters (c)
Communication Address with Phone/Mobile No.(compulsory) & E- mail ID (d) Date of Birth as on SSC record (e) Educational
