SAMPLE RESEARCH DESIGN

The research used descriptive correlational method. This method includes giving of
surveys, questionnaire and conducting interviews. This way used to describe the
status of sexually abused adolescents in term of their degree of trauma and how
they can cope through the formulation of a proposed intervention program. The
descriptive correlation method was used to determine the relationship between
demographic profile and the degree of trauma.
RESPONDENTS OF THE STUDY
Under this section, the researchers must explain how and when the subjects will be
take/selected. If the total population is large sampling is used. A brief description of
the respondents is pressed and how they will be selected. Sampling technique to be
used.
SAMPLE RESPONDENTS OF THE STUDY
The researchers used the purposive sampling method in choosing the respondents
from marillac hills. A total of 52 girls out of the study. The respondents account of
65% of the total of class in the institution. All the respondents are between age 13,
17 and old and were admitted to the institution as sexually abused adolescent
between the years 2004-2005.
EVALUATING THE RESEARCH PROPOSAL
The research proposal is the blue print of the planned research. Any research work
requires advance preparation and an over-all direction to have a good start in the
investigation. It is step-by-step plan for conducting a scientific inquiry. Formulating
the problem, forming the research hypothesis, conducting a review of related
literature, establishing the theoretical framework, drawing up the research
parodiagram and selecting the appropriate research design, instruments and
statistical tools are various steps that need to be carefully planned to produce the
most reliable of results.
THE RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
1.) The research is well-described and is suitable of fitting to research problem.
2.) The participants of the study are well-described in term of the sample size, and
sampling technique and or procedure.
3) The research locale is fittingly described in terms of its location historical
background, purposes and objectives and/or mission and vision of the institution or
organization.
4.) The procedure and or techniques of gathering data are explained in complete
detail beginning from the time researchers sought permission to conduct the study.
5.) The researcher instrument is well presented and discussed in terms of its validity
and reliability
(in case it is a self-made instrument)

6.) The statistical tool selected is appropriate to gather the needed data AND
ANSWER THE PROBLEM OF THE STUDY.
7.) THE STATISTICAL tool is briefly but accurately defined and its corresponding
formula (e) presented
