1) StandardAero Signs Two-Year MRO Agreement with interCaribbean Airways

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. May 11, 2015 StandardAero has signed a two-year maintenance,
repair and overhaul services agreement to support Turks & Caicos Islands based interCaribbean
Airways and its fleet of Embraer EMB120 and Beech 99 turboprop powered aircraft. The
agreement covers MRO services for PW118 and PT6 aircraft engines as well as Honeywell 36150AA APUs. This agreement reflects our continuous efforts and flexibility to support specific
airline and operator needs across multi-airframe and multi-engine aircraft models, said Robert
Cords, President of StandardAero Airlines & Fleets. We continue to strive to provide the
worlds best MRO services to new customers in every region of the world.

2) DAE Reports Record Revenue and Net Income for Full Year 2014

Dubai, U.A.E., 20 April 2015 Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. reported Net Income for
2014 of US$159.5 million (AED 586 million), an increase of 43% from US$111.6 million (AED
410 million) in 2013. Revenue for full year 2014 increased to US$2,112 million (AED 7,761
million) from US$2,105 million (AED 7,735 million) for full year 2013.

DAE Managing Director Khalifa H. AlDaboos said: The 2014 financial results reflect a sharp
improvement in the profitability of the Company. The DAE Engineering division improved its
margins as a result of an enhanced focus on operational excellence. We renewed or extended our
agreements with OEMs to ensure the franchises continued long-term growth. The DAE Capital
division continued its impressive asset growth in 2014. The net book value of the portfolio at

year-end 2014 was US$3.6 billion (AED 13.4 billion), an increase of 50% in the last three years.
DAE Capital placed an order for up to 40 new ATR 72-600 aircraft to ensure future portfolio
growth. As of December 2014, DAE Capital has firm commitments to acquire 33 additional
aircraft. We continue to build a world-class team and we hired a significant number of new
senior team members in 2014.
3) StandardAero Makes Multi-Million Dollar Investments for In-House Plating
Capabilities and Component Repair Infrastructure Improvements

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. April 7, 2015 StandardAero is making multi-million dollar


investments at its component repair facilities in Winnipeg, Canada, and adding significant
capabilities to its plating line. These operational upgrades will enhance customer services in the
companys already world-class facility.

4) Rolls-Royce Recognizes StandardAero for Customer Satisfaction and Total Quality


at Annual FIRST Network Awards Reception During the 2015 HAI HELI-EXPO in
Orlando.

ORLANDO, Fla. March 3, 2015 StandardAero was the recipient of two awards at the RollsRoyce FIRST Network Recognition Reception, held as part of Rolls-Royces attendance at this
years HAI HELI-EXPO in Orlando, Florida. The awards recognize authorized maintenance
service centers that provide MRO services for M250 helicopter engines. This is the
unprecedented sixth year in a row that StandardAero has received at least one award at the
annual Rolls-Royce FIRST Network Recognition Reception.
5) StandardAero Recognized as Authorized Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules
Quick Engine Change Service Center

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. February 17, 2015 Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] has designated
StandardAero as an authorized Quick Engine Change (QEC) Service Center to provide QEC
maintenance services for the C130J Super Hercules aircraft. With an effective date of January
29, 2015, this authorization formalizes a support arrangement with a key original equipment
manufacturer (OEM) for C-130J QEC services that StandardAero has been performing since
2000.

6) StandardAero Makes Multi-Million Dollar Investments for In-House Plating

7) DAE and Azul announce completion of Sale Leaseback Transactions

26 January 2015 Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. and Azul Brazilian Airlines
announced today that they had recently completed the delivery of 5 ATR 72-600s to the airline.

DAE Managing Director Khalifa H. AlDaboos said: We are delighted to include AZUL as one
of DAEs new clients in Latin America. We look forward to a mutually rewarding long-term
relationship with Azul in this rapidly expanding market. We intend to continue to develop our
business and increase our fleet through sale and lease-backs of targeted aircraft, such as the ATR
72-600 aircraft.

8) StandardAero Signs Exclusive Five Year Contract to Provide PW126 Engine MRO
Services for West Atlantic Cargo Airlines Fleet

TEMPE, Ariz. January 19, 2015 StandardAero signed an exclusive five year contract, with a
five year renewal option on January 1, 2015, to maintain, repair and overhaul West Altantic
Cargo Airlines PW126 engines, modules, components and parts. The agreement will cover West
Atlantics owned fleet of 41 BAE ATP aircraft powered by PW126 engines serving the cargo
mail and express industries.

9) Associated Air Center Signs New Airbus A320CJ VVIP Completion Project

TEMPE, Ariz. December 15, 2014 Associated Air Center (AAC) recently signed a contract
for a new, green Airbus A320CJ VVIP narrow-body completion project. This project represents
the companys 18th A320 completion program since becoming and Airbus Completion Center in
2003.
The cabin layout for the aircraft will feature a nose-to-tail customized VVIP interior equipped
with a custom forward galley complex, a master bedroom and lavatory, followed by a large main
lounge separated into three areas a mid-cabin VIP lavatory, an aft staff area and passenger
lavatory and an aft custom galley. The aircraft will also be equipped with a state-of-the-art InFlight Entertainment (IFE) system featuring large bulkhead mounted LED screens, Audio and
Video on Demand (AVOD) and surround sound. The passenger connectivity will feature Satcom
Broad Band (SSB) and GSM on-board.

ORLANDO, Fla. October 20, 2014 StandardAero Business Aviation has added two new
Mobile Service Teams (MSTs) to deliver remote maintenance services at Nashville, Tennessee
International Airport (BNA) and Morristown, New Jersey Municipal Airport (MMU) Airport.
With the addition of these two new MSTs, StandardAero now supports 16 teams strategically
located at airports across the United States.

11) StandardAero European Service Center Accelerates Logistics with European


Union Authorized Known Consignor Status and Approval.

TEMPE, Ariz. October 15, 2014 StandardAeros European Service Center (ESC), located in
Tilburg, Netherlands, has been granted an important and new status. Termed as Known
Consignor by the European Union, this authorization allows the company on behalf of
customers to expedite air freight for engine maintenance, repair and overhaul shipments around
the world giving customers the opportunity to use Tilburg as an entry point.

12) Dubai Aerospace Enterprise to Lease Aircraft to Libyan Wings

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) will lease two Airbus A319 aircraft to Libyan Wings. The
A319s, on a long-term lease, will be delivered later this year.
